The stairs where conversations ran late. The hostel corridors that knew your footsteps. The familiar faces who became friends, then family. And the corners of IIT Bombay where, somewhere between figuring things out and finding your feet, you began to find yourself.
Today, a new generation walks these very paths, ready to question, discover and shape the future. At IIT Bombay, we are committed to creating an environment where every student can thrive. Through world-class learning spaces, a focus on student well-being, opportunities for holistic development and the freedom to learn without financial boundaries, we strive to nurture resilient minds, inspire purpose and empower futures.
You carried a piece of IIT Bombay with you to Canada.
Now, your Chapters are giving the next generation a place to make their own memories.
Express your interest
As the first chapter to collectively bring such a support, you made something possible that belongs to everyone who helped create it.
And this is only the beginning.
The IIT Bombay experience is shaped by more than classrooms. It needs spaces to live, support to learn and opportunities to grow. Here are some of our priority initiatives where your support can make a meaningful difference.
GO IITB Canada 2025 showed what a community can create when it comes together.
This year, let’s build on that legacy, across batches, careers and borders, for the students whose journeys are just beginning.
Your contribution need not look like someone else’s. What matters is the collective effort behind it. Because a legacy is not simply something we leave behind.
It is something we continue to make possible for others.
One Chapter. One Legacy. An impact that carries forward.
We welcome your ideas and suggestions and encourage you to get in touch with us.
